Level 5 is the equivalent to the second year of a Bachelor’s Degree programme. It is also equivalent to a HND diploma. The Level 5 course also has 10 modules and 8 assignments, which also provide the student with 120 university credits upon completion.
Level 5 have the following three options:
- Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB)
- Level 5 Diploma in Computing (with Cyber Security)-(L5DCCS) – only students with this qualification can progress to the UCLAN Cyber Security top-up
- Level 5 Diploma in Computing (with Business Management) – (L5DCBM)

The second year of the NCC Education degree incorporates the Level 5 Diploma in Business (RQF) (L5DB) and helps in an in-depth understanding of what your learnt in NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (RQF) (L4DB). The course is designed in a way to enrich students with more and better comprehension of:

Entry Requirements
For entry onto the NCC Education L5DB qualification students must have at least one of the following:
- NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (RQF) (L4DB). OR,
- A local or international qualification which is deemed to be of a similar level to the NCC Education L4DB qualification. This must be agreed with NCC Education in advance.
